Classic firearms are a plus for you. Not in a hurry to part with. Has quality parts and will most likely out preform and out last your buddies 10/22.

Does it have dual charging handles? Can’t really figure out what’s going on with it.

It has the extended Spartan charging handle and guide rod from tandemkross. The aluminum Optics rail on top is from tandemkross and it has a built-in charging handle on the left side that doesn't reciprocate with the right handed charging handle.

That is a hell of a set up. The PMACA chassis is honestly the best and that tailhook is perfect for these builds. Here's my set up.
