Matrix upper and Palmetto State Armory lower not kits. 16.5 inch barrel with 3 magazines with over They were both complete upper and lower. the only thing I did was change the 16 1/2 inch barrel I didn’t like the shorter one. I have a flashlight on the front. Scope not included.
