Colt Pythons are one of the most desirable collectible revolvers today. They are all hand fit and tuned. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none. Yes $4500 seems like a lot for a 35 years old gun. But I have some made in 1955 when they cost around $180. I've been offered $20,000 a piece for them. They are just like any other thing that people collect. I'd never pay thousands of dollars for old coke memorabilia but people do
