Item Description: Up for sale is a Matrix Aerospace Ar-10 .308. Matrix Aerospace manufactures 308 Ar-10/LR308 rifles for many top manufactures including Ruger. It comes with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. This gun has less than 50 rounds through it! FREE SHIPPING! 1150 $ or best offer. I am selling it because I have multiple .308"s.
This gun has an upgraded precision 16" stainless steel barrel for enhanced accuracy. It also has an upgraded 15" Aero Precision free float handguard which further increases accuracy and keeps the weight down. The rifle weighs in just over 8 pounds which is lightweight for an Ar-10 style rifle.
The upgrades that are included are the 15" free float handguard (200$), Phase 5 tactical battery assist device (50$), Daniel Defense pistol grip (25$), 3 BCM keymod rail covers (6$), and a Magpul ASAP receiver end plate for a sling (30$).
The original base rifle cost me over 1200$ and then I spent over 300$ on the upgrades. So you are looking at a 1500$ set up that has not even been fired enough to be broken in (200 round minimum). This rifle is very accurate and is soft shooting for a .308. It has some serious knock down power and I am sad to let it go. The gun is cosmetically very good with maybe a couple small scratches here and there from hitting other guns taking it in and out of the safe (I need a bigger safe!). It has always been stored in my house in a climate controlled air conditioned room that also has a dehumidifier in it, so in other words optimum firearm storage conditions.
