Its legally a pistol so it can have the short barrel without needing the $200 tax stamp. Its a "pistol" Because that thing that looks like a stock isnt, it goes against your forearm or your cheek NOT YOUR SHOULDER

That .45 is a tack driver. I was impressed at how accurate it was, really.
