Item Description: This is an unfired upper I put together and have just lost interest in the concept of having an ar9. I don’t have a bolt or charging handle for it. It is a ballistic advantage 5.5” barrel mounted in an aero precision upper. Willing to ship at buyers expense. If I ship it then I will need funds via PayPal. Open to cash or trades.
