Item has been relisted, you can find the new listing at: https://www.theoutdoorstrader.com/t...ba4-brace-folding-mechanism-and-ammo.2232755/
Item Name: FS/FT Arsenal SAM7K Pistol w/ SBA4 Brace, Folding Mechanism and Ammo

Location: Decatur

Zip Code: 30034

Item is for: Trade
Trade Value or Items Looking For: 1900.. Open to hear any offers, but would prefer AR pistols or a nice PCC. Something light weight and short barreled for truck gun, home defense and training for a female shooter. If I don't get any viable trade offers in a week or 2 I'll open it up for sale.

Caliber: 7.62 x 39

Willing to Ship: No

Bill of Sale Required?: No

**Full disclosure: Yes, I'm fielding offers, but I'll be in DC until the afternoon of the 5th and then I will only be in state 1 day before I leave again for FL & AL for a week so a trade won't be a super fast process as I like to see what I'm getting in person. For a sale I can arrange to have a friend meet you with the item**

Item Description: I have an Arsenal SAM7K Pistol I’d like to sell or trade. Pistol is Bulgarian with a milled reciever. Unknown round count, but I can consistently hit a 4" plate at 50 yards shooting off-hand, standing with a red dot so I don't believe there's any deterioration in accuracy whatsoever. Rifle is at 90% in my opinion with some minor cosmetic blemishes from handling. Never had a cycling issue. The action is smoother than a lot of my ARs and the trigger is PHENOMENAL!! (Feels about 3.5lbs tops)

Per the Arsenal website: "Each SAM7K receiver is milled from a hot-die hammer forged receiver blank by the Arsenal Co. of Bulgaria. Other milled-receiver AKs are machined from bar stock, but Arsenals hot-die hammer forging produces stronger and finer-grained steel. Internal voids and cooling deformations are eliminated by the 5-ton hammer forging process.

Each forged receiver blank requires over 5.5 hours of milling before assembly. This forging and milling process is complex and time-intensive, but Arsenals meticulous attention to detail delivers a receiver of unequalled strength, precision and durability"

Now honestly, I don't know what the science is behind all that, but it sounded good enough for me to add on here.

FEATURES:
Bulgarian hot-die hammer forged receiver, bolt, bolt carrier and double-hook trigger
Cold hammer-forged barrel from Arsenals Bulgarian factory, built on Steyr manufacturing technology
Hard-chrome plated bore and chamber
AK scope rail.
Substantially extended service life over other types of assemblies.

This unit started with an Arsenal SAM7K ($1350) and then the following upgrades were added:

XS Front Night Sight Post (Needs replacement)- $107
Arsenal PR-01 Standard Profile Quad Rail- $190
Magpul MOE AK+ Over-Molded Pistol Grip- $25
DoubleStar ACE Folding Stock Mechanism- $90
SB Tactical SBA4 Pistol Stabilizing Brace (BLK)- $140
Magpul A.S.A.P. QD Endplate- $30
(2) Magpul PMAG 30-Round Steel Reinforced Magazines- $54
(2) Magpul PMAG 30-Round Magazine- $30

This totals out to about $2,016

This rifle also comes with is a few hundred rounds of ammo (FMJ & HP) and an unopened front sight adjustment tool.

This is my 2nd AK and it just hasn't grown on me (ergonomics) or my family (weight) so I'd prefer to trade it. RMR is not included.

Had it refinished in a "Disruptive Grey" for a trade that was offered a week ago, and then the guy changes his mind because the ambi safety was removed to upgrade to the Magpul grip with the rubber overlay. So because I invested time and money into the new finish the price has changed. My apologies to those that were in queue for the cash buy if the trade fell through. If you're one of those guys (already in my PMs) I'll knock $50 off the asking price for the inconvenience.

Yes, the finish is grey (I swear it is).. LOL. Added a pic of it with two other rifles of the same color to give you a better impression of how it looks in person. It looks different to the camera lens under different lighting conditions (gold, silver, blue, etc. depending on the base color of the light). Will try to get better pics on a sunnier day.

what kind of training are you looking for?
I'm not looking for training at this time. I get free training from a relative that's ex-SOCOM, former federal law enforcement and has a private security company.

If you mean trade: Looking for something light weight with a barrel under 12 inches with controls similar to AR15. I'm trying to trade for something my lady and kids can shoot/train with without always complaining that it's too heavy. Yet compact enough to be a truck gun and preferably conceal in a backpack.
