It's called a Sistema Colt. One of the rare 1911's made out of country licensed by Colt, done with their machining, and with their oversight. Nice pistol. Good one just for historical value.
Caliber 11.25mm Model 1911 
According to my paperwork, yours was made in 1946. 7628 were produced that year with serial nubers from 30,001 thru 37,628. Looks great to be 66 years old!
I had one of these years ago and wish I had kept it! Too bad I don't have the funds or a trade for you. GLWT
