Colt guts are better, make shells eject better angle.

May not be his reason but there were a lot of issues with the recoil spring assembly's on the Titans, which is why I replaced mine as well....Many people experienced no issues but swapped them out anyways. I never had any issues with mine but chose to swap them out anyways just in case. IMO

Had no issues, just precaution. This thing shoots sweet as heck!! Just looking for more of a target friendly pistol. Just a little too heavy for this guy to enjoy carrying everyday. My 43 is beautiful for that. Definitely no need to get rid of just inquiring on what's out there.

I have the same gun. But in black. Never had a problem with mine. I will say I'm not a big fan the ejection pattern but l never would have figured that new guts would change that. I always figured that the pattern came from the cut out I the slide.

Mine was spitting the spent shells right into my forehead, I checked out some forums and video's and slightly loosened the extractor pin and it solved mine problem. Hope that helps.
