I have a 28ft camper under a covered roof with a 10x32 ft porch also covered. Rental is $3000 a year with campground providing water and sewage . Buyer has to establish an account with Alabama power . Campground has 3 boat ramps and 4 docks . It's Pineywoods right off 431 close to N Marina . Cover would accept a larger camper w/o slide . I am asking $11,000 and will consider trades . Main interest is a tiller driven jon boat 14 x 46 minimum. Side by side with dump bed .
