The lower is the FM "Premium Pistol Lower" with the notable differences being the improved teflon trigger, buffer, and ambi safety. Has the LRBHO. Upper is not FM.
I've run 2000+ rounds through it and it's incredibly reliable, incredibly accurate. Would be a great suppressor host.
I'll even throw in the 40rd ETS magazine with it since I can't see myself using that with anything else..
