Very interesting & unique... How bad is the recoil (any broken wrist bones)?

Recoil isn't bad at all. The gun doesn't come back, but does jump. You'll know it when you pull the trigger, but its not at all punishing like many high powered rifles. You can shoot it all day...with ear protection.
