Pretty neat and I’m sure uncommon Georgia State Patrol marked/issued G22.
The serial number is the troopers badge number it was issued to.
Might be your only shot at one of these, some people collect police marked guns/Glocks.
I’ve also got a City Of College Park Georgia marked G22.
The slide cover plate is an odd one I’ve never seen, I assume it’s some kind of access port if you have the matching “key” to lock/restrict the movement of the striker but I’ve fired this one and it shoots fine, I was gonna take it to Glock and get them to refurbish the whole gun but never got around to it.
