Unless Glock recently started using the nitride/Tenifer treatments again, everything I've dug up on the question indicates they stopped using Tenifer around 2010-2011 (IIRC).
Among other sources, this was confirmed with a phone call to Glock's HQ.

I've had some made in 2012 2013 with tenifer finish my 19 has the notch as well for beavertail
