What’s the extra barrel in the pics? Also, are there trijicon night sights included too?

I got this gun in a trade for a flat sided Ruger .22. I have no idea what the barrel fits. The box either says glock 17 or 19 so it isn’t the box specifically for the 35. I saw no more night sights other than the ones that are on the gun so those may be the trijicon. I will take another look and let you know. Guy told me he shot two mags through it. I shot it three times to make sure it functioned correctly.

looks like the sites on the gun are TruGlow, I was just confused by the pic of the Trijicon sheet shown in several pics.....

Confuses me also as i looked at a picture of the tru glow sites and they were identical. I am in no way an expert and admit such. I just know the sights look good and hope I don’t need any of them at night.
