I am sure you can tag your bike with this tag. The one it was registered to was totaled years ago. All you need is to transfer to your bike and it will save you the new tag fee! Feel free to make an offer. I have no clue what to ask for it.

Ga tags don't transfer.

My old tags did. And saved me 5$ for not having to supply me one. Just had to be an out of date tag. Maybe it changed?
