The HK91 is a clone of the CETME. The Germans worked with Spanish company CETME to develop it in the late 50's. Of course they improved it and side by side it is like comparing a Porsche to a yugo.

Considering what HK91's typically go for, this is priced quite nicely with everything that comes with it.
