Howa 1500 .223 with heavy 20” barrel and Hogue stock in excellent used condition. I am the original owner and have put fewer than 100 rounds through it. Came with Howa hinged floorplate bottom metal, and I added a Howa Legacy DBM kit and 2 mags (one 5-round and one 10-round). Will come with both bottom metals, both mags, and Talley 20MOA rail. Rings are not included. $650 OBO near me or trade.
