Since the OP asked:

These retail for around $350+tax with one mag...used value would be $275-$300ish.

The extra mag is around $30, the ammo is around $20 per box, holster lets say is $30.

Realistic asking price = $400 (not that far off from original asking price and what I would expect as offers if I listed it).

I think the above is reasonable. This gun is in mint condition and with all the extras I would like to get $425 for it.
