These wheels came on my wife's '91 Toyota Pickup when she bought it 2 years ago. The tires that were on it when she bought it were nearly bald.
She had the Hankook Kinergy ST tires installed by Firestone in Cartersville last year. She only put 72 miles on the tires before her new wheel/tire combo showed up, so the tires are still 100% on tread.
The wheels are overall in good shape. One of them could use a bit of wire wheel love on the bead seat to knock some corrosion off and eliminate a parasitic leak (loses ~1psi every 2 days). Or you could Slime it. The other 3 are air tight. Some polish and know-how could bring them back to a bright finish. The center cap retention bolts could due to be replaced, but they're still usable as-is. A fresh set of lug nuts is needed (not included), but I'll include the ones I took off (not a complete or matching set).
