I have a really nice gun safe that I used temporarily and dont need anymore. It's less than a year old and has has a hornady desiccant can in it , dry rod and hygrometer so it was perfectly maintained. The box is still on it as well with the front cut off. I'm posting a video of it because it's much easier than me listing details and trying to describe it. It's extremely beautiful inside and out , adjustable levels the whole 9 yards it is top notch. It is in my garage which is easily accessible, a trailer and pallet Jack would be all that is needed to pick up.
