Item Relisted! FS/FT (NFA) AK47 SBR - "Krink"

Inquiring minds want to know.
Lift up the dustcover and take out the recoil spring. The stock is held into the rear trunnion with a pin. Use a punch and push it up from the bottom and then remove the stock. As long as the receiver started life as a pistol, it is now legally a pistol again. You can then send a letter/email to the ATF asking to remove it from the NFA registry. It'll take them a few months to respond but you can legally sell it as a pistol as long as it is in pistol configuration. The buyer will just have to wait for you to get the letter before they can reregister it as an SBR. Easy peasy

Are you talking about the pin on which the stock folds?
