I'm honestly not sure when it comes to the NHM91. I'm assuming it was imported in 93, because of the numbers. But I could be mistaken.

Does the NHM-91 take standard 30 round AK mags? I read where some Norinco and Poly AK's mags don't interchange with each other, or EU mags.
Just asking because I don't know.
