I bought this bad boy last year when it came out that Alec Baldwin had discovered they could fire themselves without pulling the trigger. Being a lover of unique firearms, I just had to have one. I bought this bad boy, brought it home, loaded it up, and set it on my desk where it has lived the past year or so. Sadly I believe this gun is defective. In over 14 months, it has failed to fire itself even one time. I thought about sending it back to the manufacturer, but my FFL told me he refused to send it back.
Anyway, if you are interested in a gorgeous brass frame single-action army clone that does not shoot itself, this is the gun for you! If you are like me and would prefer the gun actually do as advertised and fire without pulling the trigger, I would look elsewhere.
In all seriousness, it is unfired and has lived on the side of my desk next to my mouse as pictured since October of last year. It comes with the box, the docs, and everything else that came with it. It will not come with the 5 rounds that I have for it since I would hate for it to finally shoot on it's own while driving to the meet.
