Item Description: $450. 1979 Remington 700 Bdl 270 with leupold mount rings. (Scope not included). Recoil lug has been bedded and barrel floated. Trigger set at 2.5 lb. It shoots .43 at 50 yds with Federal Power Shok. Blueing is perfect. Jeweling on bolt has been scrubbed a little. Wood has couple dings but great. $450 Rome. Thanks. I've got too many bdl's. Lol. You don't get that polished blue on 700's anymore. It shouldn't last much longer.

I'll have to agree with you brother. I've dropped many deer with a 700 in .308 while shooting inexpensive Federal Power Shok. Federal Premium just costs too dang much!

I have not tried federal fusion in this one. But, I've had other Remington's shoot very good with federal fusion, as well as federal power Shok.

Hell of a deal! I hate the cheaper finishes and synthetic stocks on the newer 700's. I love my 700 bdl bull barrel 22-250. Great shooter! GLWS!
