So basically I'm looking to rent out a room, I'll be stopping in from once or twice a week, so you'll basically be living alone most of the time.
This is for Single occupant, well matured individual, it's basically furnished house, the rented room will have a Queen bed with a double door closet and you can furnish how you want in there. The rest of the house stays the same.

Looking for a 3-6 month trial period for opportunity to become a Extended time renter.

This housing has access to AMAZING amenities, 5 Beaches, 4 Boat ramps, Executive Golf Course, Beach Sand Volleyball, Clubhouse Pool, Clubhouse Rrstaurant, turns into a Bar after 9pm, bands etc, different activities throughout the week, trivia, tennis courts, Playgrounds etc
House is located on a low key cul-de-sac with hardly any traffic, very peaceful place.
If mature enough one can use my golf cart to access these locations.
This house is in a Jackson Lake community in Monticello Ga and Jasper County 31064.
May consider Gun trades for rent also.
