North East GA  Item Relisted! Fs/ft s&w 952-2

The predecessor of the 952-1 (blue) and 952-2 (stainless) is the Model 52. I just had to quote the following testimonial from the Smith Forum (I'd love to see this guy shoot!): THE FOLLOWING WAS COPIED OUT OF THE S&W FORUM ( it is not me!) I copied it because it is a great testimonial by an expert on the 952 platform! Sorry for the confusion!

I will be 80 in a few days. I was in the Marine Corps for 20
years, 1952 to 1972. I shot in NRA Matches, 2700. I was
a expert until I bought a Model 52-1. My scores went up and I
received my Master card. I still shoot just about every week in
the Gun club shoots. I use the Model 41, Model 52-1 and the
Smith 45 cal revolver. I have other guns but when I want to
win I use the best. I can still split a card at 35 feet with
the Model 52. I cast my own bullets and make my own lube.
I have not shot a store bought in 42 years. I am still the best shot in this area. The 52-1 is the best gun smith & Wesson
every built.

Haven't seen you on here in a while, hope you're doing well. Nice gun and GLWS. Wish you had some more colts you were looking to get rid of.

See revised op (#2)

Sorry about that Lionheart. I was enjoying your pictures and not reading the complete ad until I scrolled down and got focused on "I will be 80 in a few days" because I have a grandfather that is turning 80 in a few days. Good luck with the sale.

I think I'll hold on to it but should anything change you'll be the first to know. I'm sure you remember me telling you how I regretted selling the one I had nearly 20 years ago; they sure were a lot less expensive then.
