Item Description: I got this savage 116 stainless in .300 win mag a whe back with some intentions of long range shooting. But the family member I was going to shoot with passed away. It is a great shooting gun, shoot it yesturday at georgia gun clubs 100yrd indoor range. I just personally don't think .300 is a 100yrd caliber and needs someone to take it out to distance. This stainless beast has a Boyd's laminate stock that absorbs a ton if recoil, very light shooting for a magnum. It has leupold rings and bases. A Nikon prostaff 5 2.5-10x40 on top. 8 or 9 federal hunting loads. 35 or so nosler custom shop loads. $950 is what I have in it. Would prefer to trade. Main interests are ak74 or a smith .357. A nice savage or marlin rimfire .22mag or .17 with adjustable trigger. Into a lot. Other defensive carbines and handguns considered. Multi gun trades or +/- cash either way. Also need 1 or 2 nice red dots
