The trigger on the one I had was great as if it had a trigger job or came from S&W like that. How is the trigger on this 29-10 ?

Double is nice and smooth with slight stacking, single is a light as you would want it for a 44 magnum. I think it's phenomenal in my own humble opinion.

Thats the way mine was and S&W must have done trigger jobs on these 29-10 as in single the 29-10 I had was almost a hair trigger.

It's better than my 1911, but don't tell anyone. I've only felt lighter on some rifles, but I think it's right where I would want it for this beast.
