You definitely don't run across these every day.
Up on the block for your viewing pleasure is a Smith & Wesson model 19-5 blued with the highly desirable 2.5 inch barrel. They were produced between 1982 - 1987. The 2.5 versions have the round butt where as all the other model 19 have the square butt. It has some holster and handling wear with a few small scratches that are shown in pics. Blueing is at maybe 80% to 90% but my price will reflect the wear. No I do not have the original box nor do I know the actual round count but cylinder ring is almost non existent. All in all the pistol is in great shape to be 40yrs old. Locks up tight and is scary accurate. Please do your research before contacting me, the model 19 2.5 versions are crazy expensive on the internet now days, if you can find one. I will have examples for you to view as well. Now down to the nitty gritty, I have this little beauty priced at $775 cash "FIRM" $875.00 trade. I prefer to sell, but will entertain trade offers. My main interest would be a Ruger Alaskan chambered in 44 magnum or 454 Casull, but not limited to these exact trades. Can trade up or down with cash. My location is Gray Ga. Cash sell would mean local pickup in the Gray, Macon, Eatonton, Milledgeville, Forsyth areas. As always I will travel within reason to meet for a trade. If you feel the need to over inflate your trade offer I can do likewise. I have my item priced very fairly at current market prices.
