Item Description: So I picked this up not really knowing what it is, and after some research it seems to be an original m16 Air Force upper that predates the a1’s. Slab side with no brass deflector or forward assist, with C M forge marks and Colt and Air Force acceptance stamps on the upper. If you have any more info on it I’d love to hear it. 20” chrome lined barrel, seems to be unfired. It comes with what I believe to be an LRB lower as well from JV machine, but again, more info would be appreciated.

Didn’t come with a BCG, so I am throwing an extra F/A toolcraft one I have in for free.

I’m pretty open on trades with this one, but would really love an ak with ammo (I can add cash if needed). As always, cash is king.

Edit:Since I know nothing about this rifle, I dropped the price to what I think is fair for a vintage colt upper on a well made lower.

It should be small pin. You can check to see if a "modern" upper fits on the lower

LRB lowers were made in 2012. Not preban. Looks like a 604 upper.

this is why I love you guys lol. It does seem like there’s a bushing or something in the front pivot pin hole

Is the bushing in the upper or lower.

The upper may have a rebated area on the front hole for an old style pivot pin that has a spring loaded detent ball on the left side.
