Per my research:
-The circle/dot on the frame and slide means “intended for use by West German Military”
-The ‘64 in front of the antlers is the year it was sent to Ulm to be tested, as required by German Law, for commercial use.
-The eagle stamp means it passed for commercial use.
-The date on the right side is the date it went into commercial use after approval.
