Winchester Wildcat is an awesome alternative to the Ruger 10-22. It has a threaded barrel, lightweight stock, takes Ruger mags and is amazingly realiable and accurate.
I have a 3-9x32 scope on it and have 2 BX-25 mags to go with it (stock mag is 10 rd with last round hold open)
There is a linear comp on the end of it that actually makes the gun shoot even quieter for the shooter.
