Item Description: I have a nice JM stamped 1894 SS chambered in .44 Magnum that needs a new home. I've owned the rifle for about 5 years and even taken it out hunting a few times and it has been a real pleasure to shoot.
Action is buttery smooth, I brass brushed and polished all the working internals and tweaked the lever catch spring. Working that action will put a smile on your face.
I have bought and upgraded multiple parts for it listed below.
Wild west guns trigger - No more floppy trigger.
Lighter hammer spring - 3.5 lb I believe.
Lighter lever catch spring - Crisp release without popping.
Stainless steel spring guide - Less friction in feeder tube.
Skinner Express sights W/ .096 aperture
Skinner dove tail slot blank in place of missing buckhorn.
200 rds PPU .44Mag ammo
Merit "Iris" adjustable aperature. $80
**This aperture adjusts from .022" ~ .156"
using a simple turn of a knurled ring with click stops to hold under any recoil or field conditions.
Will include sling and a Leopold VX-2 1-4x20 scope with no rings.
Also including a really nice SKB hard locking case.
