Low vs high brass shouldn't make any difference to a pump action.
It does on a KSG.
Care to explain?
The KSG manual states that low brass extraction isn't reliable, and not recommended. I haven't had the chance to dissect one, but I'm guessing that it would have something to do with the brass expansion, or lack thereof, on the low brass shells. I know of one that was sent back to Kel Tec for a low brass extraction issue, and it was returned in the same manner it was shipped with a letter stating that low brass is not recommended. That was the first I'd heard of it, but then again, there weren't many of them coming through the shop I was at.

So, I might've fired off a little early. I just pulled up an online version of the manual, and don't see where the low brass limitation is in there. I did read the letter that was returned with a defective one that stated that it was in the manual, and that low brass was not recommended. I just didn't check to see if it was actually printed in the manual. I don't see it.
