This Kimber Model 8400 is a bolt action repeater chambered in 300 Winchester Short Magnum. This is an early pre Classic Select rifle, but with all the Classic Select features including a Grade AA select walnut stock, an ebony fore-end tip, and 24LPI hand cut checkering. Other features include:

• Mauser type claw extractor for true controlled round feeding
• Winchester Model 70 type 3 position safety which allows the loading and unloading of the rifle with the safety engaged
• Action glass bedded and pillar bedded to the stock
• 24" sporter profile barrel with match grade chamber
• Muzzle features an 11 degree target crown
• Rifle is 44.5" long and weighs in at 7 pounds

This rifle is in excellent condition, showing a few light handling marks. Rifle will be sold with one set of Kimber rings and bases and one set of Talley ringmounts. No box or papers. Price drop $1150.00.
