Three way to own this Vector. I can removing it from the national registrar, I will hold until your stamp is granted or an FFL can hold it until your stamp is granted assuming the FFL agrees to it.

Hey I am new to this site and some what still new on buying gun but this is a “full auto” and I read the description I understand some of it but in dumping it down if I have this correct u are willing to sell it but I’ll have to register it with the government

Welcome to ODT Sir. First, No person can own a modern machine gun without an SOT license and it would need to be owned by a company. In some states a privet person may own a machine gun only if it was manufactured before 1986. So No it is not full auto. My Kriss Vector is a registered NFA short barrel rifle and the only way some one else can own it is to file the paper work through the ATF and register it in your name and that will transfer ownership to you. Or I can remove it from the national registry and then it would be converted back to a pistol and then you may just simply buy it from me. I hope this answers you question. You should go to the ATF web site and do a bit of research on it.
