Item Relisted! FS LH Benelli M1 Super 90 Field 12 gauge

H&K made the receivers for a short time in the beginning because Benelli didn’t have a facility in the US. Nothing wrong with them at all. They are little more rare I guess. Mine has been in the family for over 15 years and it runs like a champ. Not trying to argue. Just saying some Benelli receivers were made by H&K facility. She is still a pure Benelli no matter where it’s manufactured.

The HK imports are more wanted by duck hunters because you can shoot 4 shells with an unmodified gun. Came like that from the factory. The Akokeek Maryland guns will do it as well it you know where to file a notch in the bolt. But it's been said that if a GW thinks you shot 4 shells at a bird, he could check for the filing in the newer benellis. But not much can be done as far as writing a ticket with the HK ones

Interesting, this one will hold three in the tube if you remove the plug. So if you load one in the pipe and three in the tube your set to be an outlaw . And guess where it was made. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and expertise.

The HK holds the extra shell directly under the bolt right above the "shell flipper upper" for lack of me knowing the correct term. There's a certain way to load it (Google float fourth shell Benelli) but when the warden checks it the plug is in the tube and it's a legal gun
