Quick story, so recently I asked a friend to ask his 91 year old dad if he wanted to sell his carbine mags and any ammo (his M1 was stolen a couple of years ago).
His dad said, no I need to hang not those but tell (me) that if I come across a nice GI carbine for @ $300 he will take it.

I've just come across a bunch of .30 cal carbine ammo that's in the cans and/or wooden boxes and the green cloth bandoliers. I am either looking for an inexpensive rifle to shoot it our of or need to sell the ammo. Probably have 3,000-4,000 rounds, mil surplus in varying condition.
