How much are these new? We have a cabin in the North Carolina mountains with A LOT of Black Bear and Deer? I have a Marlin 336 in 35 Remingon that I love and want to keep a good rifle up there.

I paid 549.00 plus tax when I got this at my local FFL but I overpaid.
