This is a very nice condition JM stamped 30-30 caliber Marlin 336 CS made in 1983. The “CS” models had a 20 inch barrel, the new (at that time) cross bolt safety and the magazine held 7+1. The stock is a very nice dark walnut and the bluing is also still showing a nice solid finish. The rifle came to me through a trade and it was already sporting the Tasco 3X9 adjustable scope. This is another rifle that I never got around to shooting and I don’t know how many rounds have been fired from it. There is no rust on the rifle and the rifle internals look about as good as new. Take a look at the pictures and as always, I appreciate your time spent viewing this post.
