I’m pretty sure. The stock part doesn’t have the opening. To slide your wrist through. You can buy these but to actually use it can possibly get you in trouble if some feds see it. Most cops have no clue what it is anyways.

That is indeed the SBR stock version.

Yes, you'll need a stamp once you have the handgun that will slot in but to buy the chassis alone you don't need anything special.
