So is this a break and flash hider combo type?

I don't think it has any significant flash hiding capability.
The manufacturer page states it's not considered a flash hider and CA legal.

Oh okay good read. So mostly about the SEP system to get back in target and reduce muzzle rise. Okay cool. I have a 5.56 AK just threaded I may want to put this on but it has serious muzzle flash and I can’t decide between a FH or a break. Thanks for the info.
