Comes with everything pictured including two sets of batteries (one pack unopened), charger unopened, shuttered eye piece with adapter that allows you to use it and regular rubber eye piece.
Scope was bought on 3/10/2023 so there is still a little more than 3 years 9 months of warranty left.
