Up for grabs is a gorgeous and hard to find, NIB Kimber 8400 Ducks Unlimited 75th Anniversary 300WM. Stunning select Walnut will drop jaws as fast as the 300wm will drop an Elk. New condition, never fired, never even loaded. Purchased in 2011 and held in a collection. Comes with a very nice Hardcase as well as a the original cardboard box.
This gun is the first of many NIB collectable firearms I will be listing for a friend. His late father over the years acquired many collectable firearms, concentrating on Marlins. 90% of the guns in the estate are NIB. 7 years after his passing, the heir of the estate has decided to sell most of the collection. The right of the chamber ring is marked “DUCKS UNLIMITED / 75th Anniversary”. The floorplate is marked with a duck’s head logo and “DUCKS / UNLIMITED / 7th Anniversary”.

Sights / Optics: The top of the receiver is drilled and tapped for a scope mount (none present). There is no provision for iron sights.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one-piece checkered walnut with dark forend cap, capped pistol grip, straight comb, sling studs front and rear and solid black rubber buttpad. The stock has no notable wear or damage, only very light handling marks. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13 3/4” from the front of the trigger to the rear of the pad. The stock rates in Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The bolt has light operational wear, but there is no other notable wear or damage, only very light handling marks. The screw heads are undamaged. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in Excellent, like new condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this rifle. As with all previously owned firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

The .300 Win Mag cartridge is a belted magnum developed to compete with Remington’s 7mm Magnum and compete it does. It is a popular round for larger or tougher game animals with good long-range performance, as found by the many military and law enforcement snipers and marksmen who use this round. The rifle is gorgeous, with beautifully figured select walnut for the celebration of the 75th Anniversary of Ducks Unlimited. This rifle would take a prized place in the collection of any hunter, celebrating one of the finest conservation groups out there.
