The hex receiver is interesting, do you know what year is on the tang?

1934. Hex was phased out in 1935.

Ah, my Mosin collecting is rusty. I have a 1944 Tikka built on a 1906 hex but I see you did say it's not been refurbed. GLWS, that's a rifle with character.
