Riverbend a quick google search will find that this is not a shotgun. By definition a shotgun has a buttstock. This is considered by the ATF as "AOW" all other weapons. Since it was built as a "PGO" pistol grip only from the factory it has never had a buttstock attached. If you took a shotgun and did this you would go to prison. The all of weapon that is for sale here only has to be over 26". You only see these in moss erg(and variants) and Remington because they are one of a few who sell PGO. So I'll take your bet and your money. And it's not a shotgun, is a judge a shotgun?

In order for this to be legal, the gun CAN NOT have left the factory with a shoulder stock.

The recoil is quite manageable with the shockwave grip. Much more pleasant than the near 90 degree angle on some pistol grip shotguns. One surprising thing is most people tend to shoot high with it.

Could you turn this into an SBS by applying for the tax stamp and then adding a stock after it's approved? Form 1 I think? Just wondering - I'm not an expert on SBS vs. AOW.
