I understand that, but you have it in a pistol setup……so what is FFL about it? Did you SBR the lower?

Nothing - it’s just an AR pistol. I just want to make sure that a good, law abiding, citizen purchases it, which is why I would like to do a transfer through a local FFL. If someone would like to purchase this they should have no issue with the fact that I’d like to go through an FFL since I am offering to cover the expense of the transfer.

So you are just requiring a background check then. When you say transfer, you make it sound like you have the lower SBR’d or something like that, which means the person wouldn’t be able to leave with your pistol that day. That’s why asked. Wasn’t trying to offend you or set you off………….GLWS
