Item Relisted! FS PSA 10.5in AR "Pistol" Upper

I ignorantly bought this 10.5in barrel upper from PSA without looking into the laws. I don't want to be labeled as a federal criminal. So I want this upper gone, but I also would like money to go towards a new upper. It's never been fired, practically brand new. BCG and charging handle not included.
