The Remington 700 Police LTR (Light Tactical Rifle) features a heavy fluted barrel and HS Precision stock. The LTR's stock is slimmed down to improve portability and reduce weight. The stock incorporates a full-length bedding block with hex-head Allen screws to secure the barreled action, and make the barrel free floating. It also has an extra sling stud at the front to mount a bipod. These special features plus the excellent Timney Gold trigger make this rifle extremely accurate.
